5411 Empanadas was born in 2009 on the streets of Chicago. It started small, very small, but a good product and word-of-mouth transformed a cool, little blue truck into one of the most successful food trucks in America. In 2012 we opened our first permanent location in Chicago and kept on growing ever since.
